As we went through the pandemic like the rest of the world we at 360 had no idea what we would be in for as a company. As many small businesses have now found out… they were woefully unprepared to be thrust into a digital world as a means of running their entire business.
Here at 360 PSG we were able to help hundreds of our customers create, expand, and even grow their traditional businesses using our online experts.
This explosion in digital work forced us to make a decision… does 360 PSG just become a virtual company with no office space or do we take this growth and roll with it. So what did we decide to do this past spring?
We grabbed ourselves a great new building that is larger, more open, and provides the ability to grow and accommodate up to 50 new team members as the digital trends for small business continue. That means we have more room for account specialists, digital service staff, expert support technicians, and just general meeting and community space. Combining this new building with our open remote work policies the team now has the ability to collaborate when they need to and work from home when they want to focus.
360 PSG acquired the almost 9,000 square foot building from the previous software company owners that took their business all virtual. That company had built out the really cool “unfinished” OSB look you see in the pictures that leaves the office extremely well lit by natural light, huge warehouse style ceilings, and a mix of colors and layouts. The new office lets the team be as creative with the space they work as the work they do.
As of August 2021 we are officially located just outside the Village of Kenmore in Tonawanda… 30 seconds off the 190 thruway ramp and only 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo. The location is easily accessible from 4 different roads, includes some large greenspace yards on the side for the occasional outside meeting or team event and has a dedicated parking lot to make sure customers are always just 5 feet from our front door.
