Fission Job Board:
The Fission Job Board component allows you to create unlimited, searchable job postings with control over every aspect like:

• job location,
• salary,
• education requirements,
• career level,
• experience required,
• job types
• and complete human resources contact information.
You control the life of a post and built-in renewal allows you to extend posting dates until the position is filled. You can even enable visitors to create web submission job posts to be approved by administrators. Plus with the detailed website search form, visitors can filter results to find job postings specific to their qualifications.
Fission Candidates:
The Fission Candidates component allows you to collect resumes in Word and PDF formats to be stored in a central web database. Collected resumes are associated with the job post they were received from (compatible with the Job Board) and searchable on over 20 pieces of criteria including date, location radius to zip code, experience level, and more. Plus you can attach an unlimited amount of notes with letter grades from "A" (Excellent) to "F" (Failed) to every candidate's profile to be averaged with a final score assessment to help you keep your candidates organized.
